Biography

Dimitri Ayoglu was born in Komrat in 1957. He graduated from the Ukrainian Polygraphic institute of I.Fyodorova (Academy of Arts, Lviv) in 1986. Artist participated in international exhibitions. Works of the artist are stored in private collections and museums in Turkey, France, Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Ukraine, Slovenia, Germany. Chairman of the Union of artists of Gagauzia. Dimitri was selected one of the hundred best modern artists of the world at modern art exhibition «МАС-2000» in 2002 in Paris, France. Honourable citizen of Komrat. He was granted a title of Honoured artist of Gagauzia in 2007.
